Adapt grid development plan module to plan_adgrid
requested to merge 6-skrive-en-funksjon-for-a-teste-risikoen-for-underspenning into risk_Assessment_method
Fixing some paths in the test script for the grid development plan. Updating column names to the official CINELDI MV reference data set. Workaround for bug in data set with spaces in values that should represent numbers (cable costs).
