Implement next fix

  • Implement next fix in flight labels
  • Update colours to match the colours of the previous simulator
  • Add fix names in the trajectories
  • Fix order of the map layers
  • Add a small black halo to the labels and flight icons to improve the readability
  • Update the data model with the incoming message following the same hacks / behaviour than the old simulator.
