Julia package for working with fuzzy cognitive maps

A Julia package to manage (set up, run, reference, splice) large numbers of simulations for offshore wind energy systems, including SINTEF's FLAggTurb and DIWA, and NREL's OpenFAST and TurbSim (and modded versions).

This is a test project.

A fork of NREL's ROSCO, with added feature linking to a user-defined library for turbine downregulation/derating/curtailment.
