Fix paths for old test scripts

Now the scripts test_npv_calc.py and test_grid_investment.py in the examples folder are not really working since they are working with the old paths to the CINELDI WP1 SharePoint folder. Ideally, when fetching data for the CINELDI reference system, it should all be fetched from a local folder where the official data set is downloaded to.
